Sorry, work got in the way a bit.
I just clicked on my old order on A.com, it says "asda price guarantee" in a box and then i re-entered email and password. It said it was still being processed.

Got letter of the week in Grazia :D

I think I've won £150 worth of hair care stuff. How did they know I'd be needing stuff for my new do?! ;)

well done. I'd have read it but I cancelled Grazia (and wrote a complaint email to the top dogs, now THAT should have made letter of the week :D:p). Good for you. what did your letter say btw? I'm just curious :D

    good morning all

just wondering about the snakes ,have you found them in just the click n collect stores or the super stores ,help please ,i want some ,found 1 place in birmingham that does trhem and theyve been out of stock 4 days ,tia x

I think the key is, to be up early. Its the early bird that catches the snake.:p

Which stores have you tried? Have you tried phoning them first? That's what I do. I've found them in large and small stores.

    :j:j:j Thanks to Andrew at Tdirect.com ;)

Went on line to order the hudl and gets to check out and  kept saying couldn't process my card  I tried 5 times :(

Ended up ringing the Freephone number which was on screen and got through to a guy who told me that visa thing you fill in to process payment was down online :(

So he told me to order over phone and transferred me to Andrew. Took him over 30 mins to order me one he took my number and rang me back in the end. I was ordering a Black hudl because all others online out of stock. He said only colour he could see in stock was the Blue one so after a lot of faffing by him he managed to order me the Blue hudl and they are delivering it to store :T :j:j:j

He did say could arrive tomorrow after 4pm but they say 2 weeks. :)

I am now going to send an email to T's praising Andrew I told him I would. So he gave me his ID number. Love it when you get people like him instead of the miserable moo's who couldn't care less. :A

First time out for days and I head to sada first assistant on clothing says """um I don't think I can take them on here """ got to be grocery ...so I say ok that's fine .....then go down get some bits and who is on tills the miserablest trout you ever saw ..... p.s. I picked right sa but the sa that I picked went for a break and replaced by trouty who then scrutinises my receipt and says it must be the beans ...I say nothing as if I haven't heard her and so the elderly lady behind me says "she is talking to you dear """ so I feign I never heard her so she goes on to repeat it must be the beans and writes that on a piece of till roll and says she will get someone to check that , so I feign my most uninterested look and she says puts the apg through as I leave till she shouts the floating sa over for a chat about the beans I presume ....... I don't know how you people get away with over £15 apg's as my sada sa wouldn't have any of that she would have a hissy fit if we had snakes in :)))

    Don't you just?

Yesterday, I got a bit of a trouting and it went like this:

SA: Sorry, I have to check this 15.00 apg.
    Me: No probs.
Supervisor comes and takes away my receipt and apg and comes back 10 mins later
Supervisor: We' ll let you use this this time, but that's it.
    Me: What happens next time?
Supervisor: Er, er, Its under review.
    Me: Oh. Why though?
Supervisor: because you're buying what you got the APG for.
Me: well, i'd be mad not to. Have you seen the signs?
    SV: what signs?
Me: Those signs above your head. (then I proceeded to read it out, pointing out Asda's guarantee). Of course I'm going to buy it here, when you're offering 10% on top! too much of a bargain to resist!
SV: Mumbled something and stormed off.
