Can I return a car on HP?
Our car was taken out for 4 years on HP, Its paid off in April 2014 so almost paid, however from the off its been a nightmare and seems to be constantly breaking down. It went tits up again the other day with the turbo charger going, it alone costs £500+ never mind the work by the mechanic etc., I simply do not have the money to fix it any more, I work min wage and do not have the money. Can this car be returned of what would you do? My only chance of a loan I may add is from paydayloans which again I could not afford to pay back.

You only have 6 payments left? Is the car not worth more than your going to pay in those 6 payments?
Sell the car with the finance companies permission and pay off the balance and pocket the rest.
Get a used turbocharger not a refurbished one. I bought one some time back and it looked like new. Paid under £200 and it came with a part that sells for £150 on its own.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
