I would put it back in the oven on a low heat and check it every 10 mins.0

put it back in the oven and leave it there till it sets. Each oven is individual so dont worry about over running on recipe cooking times just make sure it doesnt burn

I've just made some creme patissier; It's a Nigella recipe and is supposed to fill a cake, which is what I was hoping to do with it. BUT its really runny, more like custard.
How could I thicken it up? Any suggestions would be so gratefully received!!!!!!!!! Thanks0 -
Mix a little cornflour or arrowroot with cold water to form a loose paste then whisk that into the custard over a low head, continue stirring so it doesnt burn and thickens up (might take 5-10 mins)0

As Floyd says but you don't need a little one. Heat will do.0
