British Gas Price Promise
I did subscribe to British Gas Price Promise, July 2015, for dual fuel. I didn't realise by doing that I'd be put on standing charge. I'm away half of the year, and I can't afford to pay standing charge. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to cancel it without paying the £100 cancellation fees.
Do we have a period where we can cancel it or not?
I don't know if I had not subscribed to the Price Promise, if I'd be able to carry on without the standing charge.
Can anyone give me some advice, I'm worried I won't be able to afford the bills
