Is it possible that NPower haven't charged me since August 2012?
I left NPower for Flow Energy in July 2013 (Duel Fuel). I am having a lot of problems due to Flow not taking over both of my electricity meters apparently. Although this is confusing, I accept this and understand that it will take time to sort out. However I am in credit to the tune of £800 plus with NPower. When I asked about getting some of this back I was told that as they had not charged me for any electricity supplied since August 2012 (really, I asked them to confirm!), when they finally close the account, I would probably end up oweing them more than that amount. Is it really feasable that they haven't charged me for electricity for 14 months or is this likely to be some sort of scam to stop handing me my money back?!

No only possible, but probable with Npower.
Get your complaint submitted via the website so that you have a proof, then complain the ombudsman when they fail to solve it after 8 weeks."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." yes, don't forget the can charge upto 12 months.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Yes there is a complaints form you can access on the website, and you then receive an email confirming receipt that you can use as the date for the start of the 8 week countdown. I would direct you, but it is down for maintenance at the moment.:rotfl:They are wonderful."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of."
