Self catered accommodation - Austria

Does anyone know any particularly good websites to find self catered holiday accommodation. Especially if it's in Austria as we just fancy going. We'd be going early-mid April and not with skiing in mind.
Has anyone got any experience of staying in an apartment/cottage/chalet in Austria and can recommend?
Anyone driven in Austria? How does it compare to here?
Cheers

Good question. I have no idea. Maybe an area not too far from Vienna so we could visit there. But would mainly love a good area for walking/hiking and sightseeingMortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

its querky and cheap

the usual places like owners direct, homeaway, homelidays etc are all ok - we usually book through on of them
we are going in feb to austria to the radstadt area to ski, driving from the uk, if you are planning to drive then its quiet a journey (750 miles from calais to our destination)
you do need to be careful with the time you are going a it may still be deemed as ski season so the prices are more expensive

Looks really nice. Shame it's already booked up for all the days we could have gone. Thanks for sharing the website though.
We'd fly and rent a car I think.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
