Aqua card, fraudulent transactions and overlimit fee

Hi all,
Due to fraudulent transactions on my Aqua card, I went over my credit limit with a on overlimit fee that was debited on 14/10.
All the transaction and the overlimit fee have been refunded, however I'm afraid that Aqua may have reported this to credit reference agencies.
Therefore I have two questions:
- do you think they would've reported it?
- if so, would I see it already in my credit report or is too early?
I just want to avoid requesting credit reports if it's unlikely they would've reported yet.

Difficult to say. IMO it depends on the person who is dealing with the case. Some of them are not using the common sense but see it as black and white. The fact is that you are over limit FULL STOP report it.
A similar case happened to me a few years back with Barclay Card and it took me so many times / efforts to try to remove it but it was still there It only disappears from my credit file because I think it is already more than six years old.
But with Aqua card it seems to me they have a good customer services and want to listen. If it is still recent, call them before they report it. Once they have reported, it is extremely difficult to remove it even it is apparently their mistake.
Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure if I find it reassuring or not :-)
I asked whether it would be reported or not, but they couldn't really give an answer...0 -

It could be yes it could be not. Knowing Aqua card personally, I will say there is good chance it will not be reported. But again it also depends on the person who is dealing with your case.
Apart from the person from Aqua who is dealing with your case, noone could give you a definite reassuring answer. If it is what you are after then check your credit files ....0 -
I accidentally didn't send the correct amount to cover the minimum payment on my Aqua card once.
Sent a message via the online account a day or so later. £12 was refunded and they didn't mark my credit report with a missed payment. I've found them always to be quite good.
Send them a message. You should be okay if it's your first time having such a problem.0
