Airport Parking Arrive & Depart Times

It will cost the same price to book airport parking from 3rd May to 10th May, whatever times I put in to arrive and depart.

I expect to arrive at 10:00 on the 3rd and leave at 12:00 on the 10th.

But since airlines change flight depart times and flights back can be delayed, would it make sense to book the airport parking from 00:00 on the arrival day and 23:00 on the depart date to cover any unforeseen issues where I could be additionally charged or could I be penalized if I do not enter an approx arrive and depart time?

you're usually paying a daily charge if you pre-pay for your parking, so it doesn't matter what time you put on 10th for arrival back at the car park. You may be asked for your flight number and departure airport on the booking form, so the car park company will be aware of flight delays. If you're in doubt, give them the time you expect to be back at the car park after you land/collect luggage etc.
I regularly pre-book airport parking, an estimated time on your return date is fine, I've never been charged anything extra.
