    I ordered on Saturday afternoon and only got the Mozza voucher confirmation email in the early hours of this morning.

    If you cancel before the 7 days then you won't get the voucher.

    If you joined via the original link where the offer was advertised then you will get a voucher.

    Chances are they'll send the vouchers out in the 2nd week.

    There seemed to be confusion around the dates. Live on Friday, but dates starting Saturday?
    I'll leave it until day 6 and then cancel (under cooling off period). If an email hasn't been received by then, then it looks like an issue and I don't really want to go chasing around.
    I don't mind waiting 28 days for the voucher, but want that confirmation first.

    Good luck to those involved and don't forget to cancel. :D

    I have just received conformation that I will get voucher Yey !!!
  • I ordered the subscription earlier and got the email confirming my Morrisons voucher about 2 hours later :j
  • Still no email (joined Sat morning) so emailed the sun & got this reply:

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Your voucher will be despatched after 28 working days to your registered home address.

    Please note that your subscription must still be active at that time in order to receive the voucher.

    - the way it reads suggests I can't cancel after the 7 days as suggested. Oh well, whatever is happening, it's only £1 so can't grumble too much

    You join the trial for 28 days, pay £1. Within those 28 days you will receive a £10 voucher. You can cancel after 7 days if you wish, pay your £1 and get the voucher and still have access until day 28. In effect you are £9 better off!

    Were you expecting to join up, not pay and still get £10? :eek:

    No, she meant the bit about "subscription must be active to get voucher" so she thinks that you need to hold off cancelling until you actually get the voucher in your hands, so waiting longer than the first 7 days.
