Any suggestions if you have the two e-mails but no sign of voucher e-mail? Anyone tried e-mailing them? Thanks
Yep. Subscribed yesterday afternoon, got two emails and no mentioning of the voucher. Contacted them via live chat this morning and a lady confirmed that I will definitely receive it within 48 hours. HTH! ;)

To those waiting; the voucher confirmation emails are not sent automatically. Before I was sent mine, I spoke to someone on live chat and they said they were working their way through the emails and that each of them had a batch to do. If you can imagine sending thousands of emails manually (especially considering they have 30000 to give away), then no wonder why it's taking time. Everyone just needs to be patient.

Check for the email in spam, or junk that is where mine went to.

I spoke to someone earlier on Live Chat as I'd received the confirmation email but no voucher. He told me that the vouchers were being sent out by post within 28 days as they're paper vouchers. When I told him I knew of people who'd received them in email form he said "they're lying". I told him I'd pass that comment on to them and he said "please do". So I'll have to wait and see what happens with my vouchers.

I think what he meant was you were lying, nobody has received an email voucher people have received a confirmation that their voucher would be posted within 28 days.

Nobody said they'd received them in email form though. Not sure why you thought you'd get an e-voucher as the terms specifically state they're not for use online.

What we're talking about is a voucher confirmation email. After you register, you get the initial confirmation then you should get a welcome email and another one confirming that the voucher will be sent within 28 days.

Ooops sorry, my mistake, must read more carefully next time. I've just checked and I've only received the welcome email.

I don't think Live Chat have a clue really! I asked yesterday and he said that no emails are sent confirming the voucher but a voucher would be sent within 28 days. When I queried this he asked his supervisor. He then said sorry his mistake and emails were being sent overnight. Still no email here.

    I've been Money Tipped!
No voucher confirmation email for myself on 2 accounts (1 for hubby). Just the 2 emails most are receiving. Accounts opened Friday late.
I'm thinking of cancelling BEFORE the 7 days, but I'll leave it until Thursday.

I think even if you cancel within 7 days you've already paid £1. I'm going to wait it out but cancel within the trial.
