will i still get my refund.

Ok I have posted on here a couple times about a counterfiet item I got from seller. EBay sided with me a lucky enough provided me with a parcel force paid label to send the item back . Well I posted the item back using their label on Tuesday midday. The lady at the post office said it would take 48 hrs .. well its now Friday and it not tracked since tgeday I posted it .. it say it been processed and collected my end and left our main hub on route to their hub in Leicestershire... However its not been tracked since .. I've called parcelforce depo they said they send an email out to hub this morning but just checked and it still not moved .. my question is what happens if it gets lost in transit .. I have a proff of postage and did put my return acct on back of package ...

So now I have no item and no money ...

  • If you can't show that an item has been delivered, you will lose the case.

If the seller claims not to have received the returned item, you will need to claim from Parcel Force.

Also does anyone know how long you have before Ebay decides. The lady at parcelforce said it could take till Monday before someone checks inside the postal hub

The main mail centre in Leicestershire is at the minute closed and is being refitted - all their mail is being diverted to Northampton so maybe that's what's causing the issue? If that's the case give it a bit longer because I have it on good authority that there's quite a lot of mail going through there at the minute.

For a buyer to seller return you have to show delivery, attempt delivery or refusal.

It is usually 10 days from the date ebay told you to return it, the date should be shown in the resolution system though.

I had an ebay parcel force label to use last week, I posted on Monday and first attempted delivery was Monday this week and eventually delivered on the Wednesday. So 48 hour delivery was a laugh, looking for news on tracking was a waste of time as it only changed when it got to its destination.

Not if the OP is the one with proof of postage.
