to all you good people,

I've got a business idea that requires me to send attachments/info via autoresponder. Am totally confused as to how you're supposed to do this! Are there any of you techies out there that can put it into laymans terms as to how I can do this? Am looking at Aweber for the service but there doesn't seem to be any guidelines on there- they assume you know what you're doing! In baby steps please if you could be so kind as to reply.

It looks like you add an attachment to the autoresponder message.

http://www.aweber.com/faq/questions/309/ explains the different ways of delivering an ebook (an ebook is any type of file/document), including option 1 which links to the help for adding an attachment.

If you use your own website and have control panel access you can usually set up autoresponders from their with now extra cost or plug ins or worrying that some company didnt or did send a a-responder.
