Vacant possession? My landlord is selling to a new landlord

Personally, I would decline to make any further communications on this matter. It's the current landlord's and the buyer's problem, nothing to do with you at all.
I would also start thinking about moving, just in case the buyer decides they want you out as early as they can legally do so.0 -
You are putting yourself at great risk for absolutely no gain. You are already in a fixed contract that protects you even if your landlord changes, do not risk that.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
