Good bluetooth stereo audio transmitter/receiver?

I'm looking for a bluetooth transmitter and receiver, to enable me to stream music to my hifi from my Mp3 player (which isn't bluetooth-compatible - hence the need for a transmitter).
A2DP compatibility would be nice (so that I could also use it with my phone), but the primary concerns are sound quality and battery life.
Has anyone bought one which they can recommend?
