They stuffed an order up we placed back in january, so someone manually re-entered it. Unfortunately, they neglected to cancel the first other than to not send it, so according to their records we have an outstanding amount to pay since then.
This is the first we have heard of it, but best of all..........
The letter they sent was threatening, and scary, and they DIDN'T SAY WHO IT WAS FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spent all day googling the postcode, searching the address, trying out various account numbers on various great Universal sites. Till eventually after ringing a national rate number, we discover it's Bargain bloody useless bunch of brainless bu**ers Crazy.
And now I'm tired, feel sick, and I'm about to burst into tears. The barstewards
