Landlords Insurance - any suggestions

Hi,
We have a property that we've rented out last year. The property itself is mortgaged as well and we use the rent to pay the mortgage off. Last year we took out landlords insurance with CIA, however, I have been reading some reviews and they seem to have pretty bad feedback. Comparison sites like Moneysupermarket, confused, etc only offer a handful of comparisons - and by that I mean the search just presented me with two results and the quotes were about 300% more than I am currently paying CIA. CIA insurance is cheap, but its no use if the service is no good. When is comes to insurance, especially landlord's insurance, I dont mind paying a little extra for that peace of mind. (tenants are a nice family with two young ones - albeit on benefits and touch wood we have had no issues over the past year)
Please MSE "landlords", help me find a good insurer.

This site was recommended to me here. They have produced some cheap quotes. Haven't taken out insurance yet so can't comment further.
As someone about to own a property to rent I am finding problems with insurance policies concerning periods without occupation. The insurers generally seem to like very frequent inspections; once a week or once a fortnight (difficult if you live far away). Anyone know of a policy where this isn't insisted upon, or only once a month or so?
Thanks,

how long have u been using it? any issues or complaints u have heard of when people claim?
Any other suggestions?
7 years.
I had a potential claim once and their claim handling was excellent. Along the process the claim disappeared, so I can't comment on the final result.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages, student & coronavirus Boards, money saving boards.
