To be honest stamps in a service book are meaningless unless the vendor has the receipts to prove. There will be many unscrupulous traders/sellers out there who will just stamp the book, use different pens and handwriting to make the details look authentic then sell it on as FSH.
If it's a main dealer you could always phone up and check if the services exist on their computer system, but any other sort of stamps should be taken with a pinch of salt without other evidence to prove. That said, I suspect even main dealers just fake stamp service books.0
