Npower can't produce me a bill

As per the title, I've been waiting since 8th Aug for a bill. No avail. I've been in contact loads, been told to just keep waiting as there is a problem with the system.
I raised a complaint, waited 28 days and heard nothing, so called yesterday and got told to wait some more.

Needless to say after I received a letter saying their prices are up 10% from 1st Dec I have switched to EDF as I'm sick of waiting. Which I said I was going to do to them on the phone.

I just wondered if anyone else is having this problem? Or has in the past and what happened?

    Yes I had a similar experience.

    NPower got the units on my meter wrong (same one as always had) and despite numerous contacts and them knowing the error they continued to send treble the amount bills and take more direct debit.

    After a year of this all I could so was switch away too, to first utility, who unfortunately because NPower passed on their error and did not correct the problem, repeated the same problem. Luckily though they at least had customer service that fixed the actual issue. However they failed, even to this day, to produce proper bills and have failed to offer proper compensation.

    Apparently according to some on MSE this is "whining all over the forum"........... sorry I am just posting my own experience, which I know other people have experienced.

    And after suffering this torment for over two years now, I decided to do something about it and set up an e-petition.......you can find it here:
