Warranty Direct
Hi All,
I'm new to MSE so hello.
I am interested to find out if anyone has had any dealings with Warranty Direct UK?
I purchased the supposed top cover from them last year and was assured that if anything was to break on my car I would be covered (they even claim to cover wear and tear).
1 month before my policy is due to expire, my vehicle developed a fault with a vital part of the cooling system rendering it un-usable.
I booked the car into a reputable BMW specialist (paid extra for the privilege of taking it to a main dealer but was reluctant to do this, but that's another story!!).
Anyway to cut a long story short they have refused the claim due to and I quote "The part is not covered due to an oversight on our part".
They are point blank refusing the claim??
Help and thanks in advance...

From what has been said on this forum in the past, the usual reposte from this company is "it's not covered". Perhaps you could do a search to find previous threads on the subject."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
