Older cat insurance

I have a 13 year old cat, at present on a policy with a 3yr old. Anyone got any recommendations for a good cat insurance for older cats.
Not sure whether to go for a life policy as I change who they're with annually, but it's getting harder to do that with an older cat.
Can anyone recommend somewhere that does not have an extra percentage to pay for treatment?

I think Argos are good for older cats and don't charge a % for treatment.0

RSPCA/More Than? (merged I think) have a £150 excess but no % which i'm happy with as my 15 1/2yr old has never had to claim0
