they are plugging the Newton Asian Income.

I've been drip feeding into the Newton Asian Income fund and Aberdeen Asian Smaller Cos funds in recent months, and plan to continue to do so.0

Be careful in interpreting yield. It's basically last year's divi as a % of this year's price.
The price has fallen over the last eighteen months which makes the yield look more attractive.
It's hard to say what the divis will do in this fund this year but the first one (of four) this year was about 3% below last years
What the next three will be is anybody's guess!
Having said that, I'm holding on to mine as I believe they will help me to achieve my objective of 4% income and offer reasonable long term growth prospects0
