Getting late payment removed......FAST

We are applying for a mortgage and OH had 3 late payment marks from Orange (00000111) he recieved an email yesterday to say they are removing them as it was there error they were missed (DD not set up correctly) they said the reports wont update though till 10th November

Is there anyway we can get this updated before then as if this application is denied we want to approach another lender but only if those late payments are removed fully

they can do an emergency update, you will need to escalate the complaint.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

The best cause of action would be to check your report to see if the update has already taken place.

My correction showed the next day with orange.
