I THINK a court date will be assigned, the papers will be presented to a judge who will then approve divorce?0
-
A court day for the judge to agree to your degree nisi and after 6 weeks ish you can apply for the degree absolute which is given on the spot if you go to the court and get the clerk to stamp the form.0
-
The exact period between nisi and absolute is 6 weeks and one day.0

Party!! Get drunk? It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
