Scottish Power Unwarranted Debt

Last week my dad was sent a letter from LCS to collect money due on a property for electricity provided by Scottish Power. My brother rented this property last year (2011-2012) but the letter is claiming money for the period of May 2013 to July 2013.
I tried emailing Scottish Power but received no reply and now LCS has sent another letter, this time headed 'Final Demand'. I've emailed LCS explaining the situation but, given its infamous reputation on this board, I'm not holding my breath that it will resolve this in a quick manner.
Does anyone have a working email for Scottish Power?
