How to login to Forum on Kindle?

I cannot login to the Forum on Kindle.
My Password comes up automatically on my Computer and I do not remember it as I have had it for years.
When I try, following instructions on the Main Site, It offers to Email me.
As it was originally registered with Talk Talk and I now have Plusnet it fails.
I changed my Email Address at the time but I believe the Forum is separate.
Please help!

I still have access to my talk talk email via webmail on their website - if you know your email address and password to log in. I can have email sent to the old TT email address but can't send from it. If you can access it, you could get a password reminder sent to your old email address?0
