is this high usage? should i switch?

Hi,

been following the news & gossip about switching to a fixed price tariff, im currently with Scottish power on the online fixed November 2013 tariff, which ends soon.

Over the year (only got amounts up to August 13) this is what i have been paying & used.

Does this seem alot? do i need to switch? Scottish power suggested their online fixed until 2017 tariff.
