I am with scottish power online energy saver 21 offer, which means Im locked into the deal until 31st may 2014, and switching costs £50 (£25 for each service). But it also says if they announce a price rise I am entitled to cancel the contract. Does this mean the "admin fees" are now waived, or is it just legal stuff that needs to be in there?

Are you affected by a price rise?
If so, I suspect what they advised you applies, don't you?0
