Great Gift Card Giveaway

1. Orders over £50 between 24th October and 3rd November 2013 (inclusive) will qualify for a £10 gift card.
2. This promotional gift card is valid to be redeemed from Monday 4th November to Sunday 1st December 2013.
3. Promotional gift cards will be emailed between 4th and 8th November 2013 (inclusive) to those with online transactions of over £50.
4. The promotional gift card cannot be topped up. All money remaining on the card will expire on 2nd December 2013.
5. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. This gift card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers, used as a deposit on a credit agreement, used to settle a Debenhams Account Card or to purchase financial or travel services (including gift card).
6. Only one promotional gift card may be issued per day when a customer spends over £50 in one transaction.
7. Only one promotional gift card may be redeemed per transaction.
8. Staff are not permitted to earn or redeem a promotional gift card. Cannot be used in conjunction with a staff discount card.
9. Promotional gift cards can only be redeemed in the original country of purchase.
10. Debenhams cannot be held liable for promotional gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
11. Debenhams reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the gift card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
12. If items are subsequently returned then Debenhams reserve the right to request the promotional gift card be returned or reduced the value of the refund by £10.
13. The £10 promotional gift card cannot be earned or redeemed with furniture, electricals, gift cards, wedding gift list, selected brands & concessions. Please see * for all exclusions.
14. The £10 promotional gift card cannot be redeemed via the Debehnams app.

I tried buying some Lancome perfumes for the free gift with any two purchases but it's not adding it with fragrance, only skincare. They are looking into it as it clearly should be applying the gift, but I don't know when they'll get around to sorting it :cool:

I am still waiting for my gift card too!

I have just rung Debenhams and been told there were "a few mishaps" with sending out the gift cards. The lady I spoke to took all my details and said I should receive my gift card within 72 hours.

They replied to my email saying all gift cards had been emailed out between 4th and 8th Nov as planned.
Definitely not received mine

Hi Weenie00,

I am still waiting at the moment but it hasn't been 72 hours yet. Have you tried phoning them as maybe you would get more help that way. It sounds as though they have emailed a standard reply. If you phone and give them your order number they may investigate properly.

Their email said to check junk/spam and said that they would investigate as a matter of urgency if I hadn't received it!
