Well at 10.48am on Tuesday 26th November 2013 I was officially made bankrupt.
From the moment I gave my forms over it all went smoothly paid the money then waited to be called to see the district judge.
He went through the paper work with me had a small chat and declared BR. Now just wait for the OR to call.
It does not seem like it is real at the moment think it is just sinking in.
Big thanks to anyone who has given me advice and support on this forum and I am sure their still be more to come.

Well had my OR interview yesterday. Took about 45mins to go over with a pleasant lady who went through everything all went great. Was surprised she did not need any statements or any files from me. All debts gone new start new begining.
Yesterday was the happiest I have felt in a long while. so nice knowing its all done and sorted.

Also here is to now as well Did not feel completely happy after the court and then had my interview everything changed. Feel much better in myself and looking forward to everything even christmas.

Hello myself and my wife had our court date on the 28th Nov, then had a joint telephone interveiw on 05th Dec, Received a letter yesterday to say we wont have any IPA/IPO.

However i will be having my motorbike taken off me tomorrow.
