I was wondering if someone can help me try and get my mother inlaw warm for winter. She currently has a very beaten old oil central heating system that is pretty much on its last legs. Does any one know if there are grants available to have gas fitted i know if she has gas she is entitled to a new boiler. I would be nice knowing one way or another what she is entitled to. many thanks jonathon.
