Tesco Credit Card E-Statements

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with their Tesco Credit Card E-statement email delivery to their aol email address? (Or any other email address for that matter)
I've been an aol (now talktalk ) email customer for 12+ years and have never changed my email address. It's the only one I use.
I've also been a Tesco credit card e-statement user since April 2012 without problem until now.
For the past 2 months my e-statements email hasn't been received. Shortly after it's due I've received a paper statement in the post with a letter saying "the email couldn't be delivered because the email address we have for you is no longer valid" and to update it.
But the email address is valid. I've now logged in on these 2 occasions and checked it and even "updated" it by overtyping what's already correct!
I've spoken to the Tesco Creditcard tech people this morning and they've not heard of the problem and asked me to google it????
I can still view my statements online and always know it's due on the 10th (Oh, I'm soooo organised
) so it's unlikely i'll ever miss a payment.
Anyone else having the same problem??

For the past three months due to Tesco's "improved" security features I cannot access my account online anymore and have ended up having to phone up, face the third degree in security questions only to receive a paper statement with only a couple of days left to pay. This month no statement as yet (5 days overdue) and no email either. Facing the prospect of another hour or so wasted on the phone tomorrow. Tesco's really need to get their act together because they are going to lose me as a long standing customer!0
