The Nexus 7 is misbehaving. My wife has let it run dry, and now we cannot fire it up. Are we doing something wrong?0

It doesn't like running out of battery. you have to leave it plugged in using the original charger and cable for a few hours before it will slew that it's charging.
also booting into bootloader (hold volume down + power) can sometimes jump start the charging cycle.Laters
