Using classicshell on windows 8.1-a question please.

Hi folks,

I'm using classicshell on windows 8.1, I do like all the options it offers but have one little problem.

When I go to the windows start screen and open an app then swipe from top to bottom to close it, the start screen reverts to the desktop again.

Is there a way to keep it in app start screen, as I probably want to view a few apps without too and froing from the desktop, each time I close an app?

Thanks

  • When in desktop right click on the taskbar and select properties. Select navigation ......There is an option to show desktop when I sign in/Close apps (I can't check at the mo since I only have the 8.1 eval copy here) Untick that and it may help, but of course that means you will login to "start" not the desktop...
