Account Block

I am with Npower I switched to them in December in 2012 and I have not had a bill from them at all .All they say is when I ring them up is that my account is locked when I ask why they say its the computor it blocked your account . Has any one else had this promblem with Npower :money:

    For your own protection, write them a letter and keep a copy. Have they been taking a Direct Debit?
    You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
