Hi I have had a Lloyds premier account with added benefits that cost me £25 per month , I have had this account for about five years ,
My husband has exactly the same account with the same benefits .
is it worth us both paying out £25.00 each when one policy would cover us anyway ? Many thanks

you are duplicating some of the covers twice on your premium account, were both package account set up on the same day?0 -

I don't think it's worth paying £300 a year to any bank for banking services, not when they offer a free alternative that gives you exatly the same banking services.
But only you can decide if £300 a year saves you money compared to the cost of buying any added benefit a packaged a ccount offers, that you would definitely end up buying if you were not giving the bank £300 a year.
Note also that some of the cover packaged bank account policies offer are not quite as good as the cover you might buy if you bought an insurance policy yourself, so don't forget to take that into account too.
When I go to my local butchers for some lovely pork chops, I don't expect to have to buy some window cleaning services too. If I want window cleaning services I'd contact a local window cleaner of my choice.
