Angel, I don't think there is anything you can do as the buyer is unlikely to see that it's his ISP filtering out your emails so you can't get them through.
I used to have serious problems with AOL users and it was very frustrating knowing there was no way I could get mail to them.
The only chance you've really got of calming him down is to maybe phone him and work some charm on him? Just a thought <smile>

Hi angelcake
The way to get the e-mail through is to remove any reference of EBay. If EBay is mentioned at all it will probably bounce.
My advice is send a direct mail to him explaining what has happened and try and calm him down or alternatively pull his contact details and give him a ring. A wee bit of grovelling and he will be all sweetness and light again.0 -
Agree with Hintza. Contact, explain, apologise and deliver.0

I have "sincerely" apologised through "contact member" and have offered if he gave me an alternative email address I send him the copies of the emails with dates on etc!
I tried pulling details but dead mobile number!

Hi Loates
Top right of your ebay page.
Adavanced search
> left hand side
Find contact information.
You will then get a email off ebay ( as will the other party involved ) giving you / them the contact detials.
You will only get the detials if you have or are in dealings with the person ( ie bought something recently or in the process ).
