in Credit cards
Hi, I'm totally clueless when it comes to money, banks etc hence I have a credit card debt with Capital one of a £1,000+. I filled in a form for the credit card, so can I have been mis-sold PPI? I dont remember filling anything in for it. And how can I reclaim is so? I'm not very good at this kind of thing, it really goes over my head. can anyone advise? or recommend anyone who could help? Thanks in advance for any help

Do you actually have PPI? It will be shown on your statements.0

yes, have had a an annual review come recently0

In that case, you need to contact Cap One (they will probably have a form for you to complete) in which you put down your reasons for why you think it was mis sold.0
