Ok so a bit concerned windows - no way to pay!?

Not got one of those because the windows were fitted already as i thought everything was sorted. It was a good job I'd noticed or else when I go for my IVA i'd be scuppered - they'd want a 4yr clause and I'm not on the mortgage. Hence they'd probably try and go for Fraud. Stupid stupid sales person wanna punch him - well actually bite!
If I don't offer to pay at all i'll be scuppered. Anyone with any ideas greatly received.

I worked for Zenith staybrite, as did the ex-bf, awful company to work for and an awful company in general. They are meant to check that you are the homeowner though, surely its their fault that the rep didn't sort it? When I worked on their phones, I had to insist on talking to the homeowner, otherwise I couldn't talk about conning them into having a rep round.

Well apparently they are supposed to check I am the homeowner but not sure where this leaves me? Feel I should write back in response to them saying "how do you propose to pay" with "how do you propose I should pay?" still ongoing - not finished as they screwed up the installaton.
