B/g ?
I have just received an email from B.G outlining prices from Nov 23rd,however also included in the email is the following.
However the good news is we will be capping your variable prices at your new rates from 23rd Nov 2013 until the end of your contract. This means if our prices go up yours won't,but if our standard prices go down yours will fall too.
Seeing that I have no contract term is this just a con,in other words would B.G. be fixing a contract term to suite the wording of the above i.e. 12months.

Can I ask which tariff you're on at the moment?
NB: I work for British Gas, but post here in a private capacity. Any opinion I express is my own, and does not necessarily reflect that of my employer.0 -
Hold on to that email like gold dust. If it says what you state it says you are laughing.0

I have received exaclty the same email so hurrah if my prices can never go up again - especially as I'm on Online Energy so I don't have a contract end-date but I'm sure there has to be a catch or it's just a mistake.
Have copied the email of course - keeping that one safe0 -
