Hi,

I joined Npower in May of this year on the 'online August 14' deal. They have now contacted me with about the 12% price increase! but on the back of the letter it gives detail on how to cancel to avoid the new charges. My question is, will they still apply the cancellation charge if I leave even though they have increased the charges?

Thanks

Probably not - but you need to ensure you explain the reason for departure is the price increase.
