How much to get walls skim coated?

We have removed the dado rail from our living room and dining room (was stuck with no nails/glue and didn't really damage the walls), we've tried to fill and sand the walls and despite looking quite smooth is still visible. Can anyone give a rough estimate how much it will cost to get the walls skimmed? Height is 2.1m and approx 16m of wall to do. Thanks

If that's the only damage just get the area where the dado rail was skimmed out with easi- fill.If done right it should not be visable at cost a fraction of a total reskim
