One 4 all gift card , no expire date ! Well maybe not. If you still have a balance on the card after 18 months. You get charged 90pence per month. They call it management fee, I call it a rip off.
Even in their t/c it's says 25p.

They don't call it a management fee.

Their Terms and Conditions quite clearly explain that it is an inactive balance charge:

2.7 A monthly inactive balance charge of £0.90 (or the credit balance on the Card, if lower) will be charged after the Card has been in issue for 18 months.
This charge will start to be applied from the following month and will continue until such time as the balance on the card is zero and this agreement is terminated.

Oh, I too would call it a rip off if it wasn't explained so clearly.

By the way, where did you get the 25p from?
If it was from T&Cs issued at the time of purchasing the card, then those are the T&Cs that they, and you, need to adhere to.
You might like to remind them of that, if it is the case.

Do they say no expiry date?
