Credit card junk mail

Hi everyone,
Just needing some advice. I've recently moved and have had some Barclaycard junk mail redirected to my new address. They include in there an application for the card and so my concern is that, whilst I trust the person who has moved there, I'm guessing they could quite easily fill out the form in my name once the redirection has finished. It's really irresponsible, in my opinion, for Barclaycard to just be sending out application forms here, there and everywhere. I've never had a credit card with them and, to be honest, have no intention of having one either.
Please advise! Would you recommend I try and get in touch with Barclaycard?
