Npower Nightmare

I switched from Scottish Power to Npower last December for both elec and gas. In Feb they created an elec account, so I can pay by direct debit each month, but I am still waiting for a gas account 10 months on, so I haven't been able to pay anything for my gas. Since April I have complained numerous times but they say they are sorting it out. So in August I complained to the Ombudsman and they haven't sorted it out either. What a shower! I want to move my elec but they want a £30 exit fee, are they kidding? I am stuck in limbo. I want out asap.:mad:

Trash Customer Service, Complaints Department and Ombudsman.
