Would green taxes being rolled back say after next years budget mean energy bills being reduced, making short term fixes less attractive?

Depends by how much they are reduced.
£5 discount per fuel to be announced only after they are re-elected would be guess!! - Paid for by a £50 reduction in the Winter Fuel Allowance!0 -
Best thing to do would be abolish all green taxes and subsidies. Let the so called green industries stand or fall on there own merits.0
