Christmas cake in a tin?

I don't make a christmas cake as I am not over keen on it but would like to make some individual ones as presents, I read somewhere (think it was on mse
) that you can bake in baked beans tins etc
Does any one have a simple recipe that could be adapted for a small quantity. I would only need to make about 5 mini cakes. Also what cooking time would you suggest for these?
Thanks

I used small round cake tins 4 or 5 inches across (the ones used for kids baking, I found them in the pound shop) and used a normal 8 inch cake mix to make three small round cakes. I thought the baked bean tin would be too small. Some people have used a muffin tin to cook mini cakes in as well.0
