Had a new porch fitted end of july by SafeStyle after 6 months plus of them chasing me with constant phone calls, well at least two a week for about a month anyway. This was not a big job as we only have a small porch, after the installation they had to rebuild it because it was out of plumb and the door would swing open and not stand ajar. It took a second visit from a more competent service engineer to write the appropriate report, the first chap said there was nothing he could do about it. I now get at least one phone call a week asking if i'm satisfied and would I like anymore work done. For the 3rd time now " no not by you lot,,,bye". Do they listen? NO!!.
