Signed onto fixed rate now told its cancelled.

I signed up to a fixed rate tariff till feb 2016 with Scottish power and received a confirmation email.
My account wasn't showing the change in deal so I emailed to find out why, now told the deal is not being offered. Is there anything I can do to make them honour their agreement with the confirmation email as back up? Anyone know?

If you have the confirmation email then raise a complaint to them.
It does seem they are having problems/being crap at the moment - i applied for a tarriff change last monday and still not heard back.0
