N power Fixed 14 days ago-not showing on my account
Does anyone know how long it takes n power to change type of tarriff? previously a customer of theirs and switched on line to a fixed account through my account to a fixed tarriff 14 days ago. There appears not to be any sign of this on my account as yet? I'm a bit concerned that I will be charged at the hiked price announced this week.

If it is any help I signed up to 2017 deal on 25/9/13 and got confirmation of the rate on 14/10/13. I got an acknowledgement on the day I signed up.0

Thank you bjohnson. Yes it is a help to know that yours took that long. I got confirmation on line at the time but no record of this now. I'll just have to be patient. Just hoping that my new tarriff kicks in from the day I changed.0
