    True. But if such evidence is provided in the defendant's information pack it almost certainly can't hurt. I mean - PPCs often make reference to other cases yet rarely provide information relating to such cases (case numbers etc.). If a defendant makes reference and actually supplies the case transcript then a judge is more likely to look favourably on it. (Unless the judge has a dislike of the other judge in question). :)

    If you read bargepoles tale of his/her recent win you will see that that particular judge was very keen to see transcripts wherever possible.

    Can't do any harm...but like has been said it's sometimes a bit of a lottery.

    Yes but it's wrong to say its a precedent, it's not its information provided that the judge can look on favourable, or not!
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
